The game
The game does not send your gameplay, scores or personal information to us. It contains no advertising, tracking analytics or account system. There are no in-app purchases in version 1.0.
Local game data
The app stores settings, best scores, Collection progress, saved runs and local recovery records on your device. These records let you continue a game, keep earned rewards and remember preferences. We do not operate a cloud-save service or offer cross-device sync. Your device may include app data in backups according to your Apple settings.
Removing local data
Deleting the app removes its local data from that device. Offloading the app keeps its documents and data. Restoring a device backup may restore saved data. We cannot retrieve lost device-only runs or erase device-only data remotely. If you are troubleshooting a save problem, contact support before deleting the app.
When you contact support
If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that correspondence to answer your request and investigate the issue. Email providers process messages to deliver and store correspondence. We do not use support messages for advertising or sell them.
We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the request and related recordkeeping. You can request deletion by emailing [email protected], subject to any records we are required to retain. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
This website
This website uses Cloudflare for delivery and security. Cloudflare processes network-request information, including your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. Its delivery and security services may use necessary cookies and scripts. See Cloudflare's cookie information and Privacy Policy for its processing, retention and privacy practices.
Cloudflare Web Analytics was disabled for erichubbard.net on October 25, 2026. Before that change, its script collected page-view, referring-page and browser performance information. Disabling it stops that website analytics collection; it does not erase historical analytics. Cloudflare's handling of previously collected information is described in its Web Analytics data explanation and Privacy Policy.
This website has no advertising or contact forms. The gameplay video and images are hosted with this site, rather than embedded from a third-party video service. Visiting the website or emailing support is separate from playing the offline game. The game's Privacy and Support links open an external browser; the game does not send gameplay or scores to website analytics.
Children's privacy
The game does not ask players for names, contact details or other personal information. A child who needs support should ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
Future updates
Optional paid expansions may be offered in a future version. If purchases or other features change how information is handled, we will update this policy and applicable disclosures before those features are released.
